We are at Monte San Giovanni, in the municipality of Monte San Pietro, in the hills around Bologna: green countryside, vineyards and woods all around, yet Bologna and its surroundings are just a handful of minutes away. A retreat where nature and comfort truly meet.

The house has two floors: upstairs the private room, the bright living room with fireplace and a glazed veranda overlooking the hills; downstairs a self-contained apartment entered through the garage. All around, a fenced garden with sun loungers and a dining area, plus free parking on site. No noise from the road, just greenery.
